Returns policy

A&M Industrial is pleased to accept returns from customers, subject to the following conditions. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired prior to returning any product. Products must have been purchased within the last 90 days, new and unused and in unmarked original manufacturer's packaging to be returned for credit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned for credit. Standard restocking fees of 20% apply to all returns. Special order items are non-returnable.
